Local prop builder, Loz Copping, is decking out Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre this Halloween as the UK goes BIGGER and BIGGER on the festivities every year. After working with many comic-conventions and exhibition organisers over the years, Loz is displaying for the first time ever in the Exchange, and it’s going to bring a spooky feel to the mall throughout the half-term holiday.
